Toni took a timid young pup and now four years on, Luna knows her name and she is frantically waiting for her to arrive every four weeks. It’s four years on and she absolutely adores Toni. As we all do. Can’t say how much Toni can just change a puppy and help a family. She’s honestly one in a million.

Frank is amazing with my pup. He is kind, gentle and very patient with my St Bernard, Boss, who is a giant. In the beginning, Boss had to be lifted into the trailer, however, after a few times is now very comfortable around Frank. Boss loves when Frank comes to visit. I would recommend Frank is professional, caring, reliable, hard working and is not only really good at what he does, he is a genuine nice man thank you so much Frank.

What are the most stars I could give? I very fortunately startied using Stefani as my dogs’ groomer a year ago. She is so pleasant and genuinely loves dogs – and they love her. This is the first person my chihuahua will relax with; and my Moodle too adored her. On a grooming note – their fur has never been so soft, or their grooms so well done.

Hi Jake, Just wanted to say a huge thankyou for coming to our home to groom Minnie today. She looks like a huge teddy bear and we’re really happy with the job you did. Minnie is very timid, but you clearly won her over by being so patient introducing yourself to her, and coaxing her into your van. Wow! I am so happy to have found Trevor. He did an amazing job on my Maltese x Poodle. Toby shows signs of extreme anxiety during and after being groomed, but after Trevor pampered him his tail was wagging. Absolutely no signs of anxiety and he looked fantastic.
